I’m a longtime user of CBD oil to treat my chronic pain, but I’m also very picky about the vaporizers I use to get relief. This is something that I take seriously, as portability, battery life, and quality of vapor all play into my medicine.
I was thrilled to get my hands on the Joyetech Cuboid Mini Kit, which promises a large battery and long life for those who vape liquids. How does it stack up to the competition?
Starter Kit Includes:
- 1 Cuboid Mini Vape Mod
- 1 Cuboid Mini Atomizer
- 1 Cubis Notch Coil (0.25 ohm)
- 1 Cubis Stainless Steel Coil (0.5ohm)
- 1 Cubis Clapton Coil (1.5 ohm)
- 1 Cubis RBA Head
- 2 Mouthpiece Drip Tips
- 1 USB Cable
- 1 USB Car Adapter
Right now the Cuboid Mini Mod comes in two color options: Black and Silver. I myself prefer the silver option, as it looks a little more high tech than a straight black, but both choices are pretty nice.
After spending a bit of time with the Cuboid Mini Mod Kit, I have to say that I'm impressed. I like that there's a few customization options when it comes to temperature settings, as some CBD oils have different heats that they most efficiently produce vapor at. The tank here is also very impressive, as it held a lot of my carrying oil. The cartridge screws right onto the heater coil, which in turn is connected to the battery. This means that you end up getting a fast heat up for the oil, so there's not much waiting time at all to get a strong rip.
Flavor quality for this device was fantastic. I'm currently using a peppermint flavored CBD oil, and I found that while using the Cuboid Mini Mod I got all of the good flavors. There was no perceivable aftertaste, and after exhaling the vapor I felt like I'd just chewed a stick of gum.
Best CBD Oil For The Cubiod Mini Mod
The battery with this device is both a blessing and a curse. The device has an internal (unreplaceable) 2,400 mAh battery, which is pretty large for such a small device. What this means to you is that you'll end up being able to use this vape for a long time in between charge cycles. As a regular vaper who sips throughout the day, I was able to get more than a week of use before I had to sit it on the charger for a couple hours. Those of you who're more casual users are more likely to get 10 days to two weeks out of a single charge. I would have preferred to see a replaceable battery, it's nice to see a big one that'll last a while.
I'd say that this is a pretty basic device to use, but you're going to want to read the included instructions about how to set temperatures before using it. With that being said, this is a great vape that you'll likely love once you figure out some of its nuances. This is a middle-market kit that has just about everything you need to get started, save for some E-Juice (which is to be expected, as shipping CBD oil is a big no-no).
